Parking Citation Payment and Inquiry


Take note of the following:

  • The citation amount must be paid in its entirety.
  • Please have your payment processing information ready before you proceed.
  • If payment does not process for your citation, please verify the CVC and billing zip code entered are correct. If you have verified this information and the payment continues to fail, please contact your banking institution and request that they authorize the charge/payment.
  • Upon paying the citation, you will receive the RELEASE CODE utilized to remove The Tire Tag directly on your device screen, as well as an emailed receipt to the email provided when processing payment.
  • A temporary HOLDING FEE will be charged as a separate transaction and later released once the return of the un-damaged Tire Tag device is confirmed by the company that issued the citation. You will receive the instructions on where to return the device in your emailed receipt. (If you do not receive an emailed receipt, please check your spam/junk folder).
